Construction in Guilin City has already commenced.

City Architects are currently assessing each building structure within our Project perimeter for strength, safety, material integrity.

Most of the Buildings within our Projest Site are not adequate or safe.

Most of the buildings in this area of the city were constucted between 1910 and 1940. The age if these particular structures makes them acceptionally vulnerable to earthquakes and other natural disasters. This is the reason the local Guilin Government has offer to assist us in developmenting this area of the city. (City Architect illustrations, see above and below).

Currently, the local Government is procuring each of the building's domiciles from the rightful owners and relocating the occupants to suitable neighborhoods, thus vacating the buildings within the development site.

Domicile Q-DEEDS for this particular buildng Project are now available for purchase at the rate of 3400 yuan (Hong Kong Dollars....or...($ 500.00 USd).
