Stocks, unlike property DEEDS, are sold by a corporation whereby dividing the company's ownership into minute portions bearly recognisable under a microscope.Investment returns for owned Stocks are therefore miniscule at best, unless the Investor owns hundreds of company Stocks. However, owning a Property Deed ( Q-DEED) guarantees the DEED Owner/Buyer, specific securities, rights, entitlements that Stocks simply can't offer. We sell securities that can only be obtained with Legal property DEEDS. Our property Deeds are called, Domicile Q-Deeds and Commerce Q-DEEDS , respectively. Simply stated, Q-DEEDS are worth much more than Corporate Stocks. Q-DEED Description A single Domicile Q-DEED and a single Commerce Q-DEED are Legal Certificate documents. They transfer distinguishable Rights, Interest, and Entitlements of a property from the "Grantor" ( South China Land Development, LLC.) to the " Grantee" (the Q-DEED Owner/Buyer). In other words, with every single Q-DEED purchased, we (SCLD) Quit our distinguishable Rights, Interest, and Entitlements, and transfer one-fouth (1/4) of those Rights, Interest, Entitlements of one (1) residential family Domicile over to the buyer when one (1) Domicile Q-DEED is purchased. The same principles apply when buying a Commerce Q-DEED. Likewise, buying four (4) Q-DEEDS transfers 4/4 th's of said Entitlements over to the DEED Owner/Buyer. Our Purpose and How Q-Deeds Work We (SCLD) are in the business of Developing and Re-building large areas of real estate within a city commons' business/residential districts in various Southern China Communities. Our function is to work with Provincial and Local Governments to decide which of the city's buildings should be leveled (obliterate) and which buildings will merely be refurbished and remodeled. Our objective is to dismantle the large, undesirebale, unsafe structures and replace them with new, modern edifice stuctures designed to accomodate residential and/or commercial occupancy. In addition, several large open areas located in the lower most levels of each new building are included in the new architectural designs. These open areas are designed to accommodate new commercial businesses for the purpose of offering a variety of products and services to the public at large. (click here for Photo Gallery) When a single Domicile Q-DEED certificate is purchased, the legal document transfers 1/4 th distinguishable rights, interests, and entitlements over to the DEED buyer. The same legal rights apply to the purchase of a single Commerce Q-DEEDS. At the time of Property Closing (when our new building is purchased by a procurer entity) the value of all Q-DEEDS are expected to increase in value (estimated between 93.4% and 117%) at this time depending on how much total profit rate is negotiated for the new building at the time of Closing. Q-DEED Assessment Ownership of one (1) Domicile Q-DEED transfers one-quarter (1/4) of the distinguishable Rights, Interest, Entitlement of one (1) Family Domicile (Apartment Unit). Ownership of Two (2) Domicile Q-DEEDS transfers one-half (1/2) of the distinguishable Rights, Interest, Entitlements of 1 Family Domicile (Apartment Unit). Ownership of Three (3) Domicile Q-DEEDS transfers two-thirds (3/4) of the distinguishable Rights, Interest, Entitlements of 1 Family Domicile (Apartment Unit). Ownership of Four (4) Domicile Q-Deeds transfers four-fourths (4/4) of all distinguishable Rights, Interest, Entitlements of 1 Family Domicile (Apartment Unit) Ownership of four (4) Domicile Q-DEEDS transfers controlling interest within one, full, family domicile over to the registered DEED owner. The owner of four (4) Q-DEEDS is granted the privilege of several options for increasing High Yield Profits. (see "Profit Options" Below) Note** There is no limit to how many DEEDS a single Q-DEED buyer can own! Needles to say, the more Q-DEEDS a buyer purchases, the higher the Yeild Returns that Owner/Buyer can expect to earn. High Yield Returns With Q-DEEDS SCLD is considered an "Aggressive Growth" company for good reason. Our main intention and purpose, while:Our primary purpose is to generate High Yield PROFITS in the shortest time possible. This is the reason our DEED buyers continue to profit from buying Q-DEEDS ! Profit Options Domicile Q-DEED and Commerce Q-DEED Owner/Buyers have several options from which to choose for earning the Highest possible Yield Return Profits: Q-DEED owners can : Option 1).. Retain Purchased Q-Deeds When constuction work for each new building is complete, our affiliate Real Estate Brokers negotiate a purchase agreement with a prespective procurer entity. Finalising the escrow procedings usually requires thirty (30) to fourty-five (45) days for completion. Retaining the DEEDs until the construction work is complete, is one option. The new Property procurer must offer to buy all Q-DEEDS at the time of Property Closing at a significant profit for the DEED Owners. ( Profit rate is estimated between 25% and 84% ) After construction work is complete on a single building, each newly Constructed Building is advertised and sold on the Global market for an estimated 93.4%TO 117% Net PROFIT. Likewise, the net value of all purchased Q-DEEDS are proportionately increases by the same 93.4% to 117% for High Yield Net PROFIT. We do all the work! Q-DEED Owner/Buyers only need to hold on to their DEEDS until the day of Property Closing. Via wire transfer, DEED owners will receive profit payment for all their purchased DEEDS should they decide to sell at time of Closing. DEED owners with fewer than four (4) DEEDS must opt to liquidate or "cash out" at the time of property closing to receive a High Yeild Profit Return .
Profit Options For Owning Four (4)Q-DEEDS or More Option 2).. Rental/Lease Proprietorship Domicile Q-DEED owners, owning four (4) Domicile Q-DEEDS ( controlling interest) or more, and who do not opt to liquidate (sell) their DEEDS at the time of property closing, are given the option of renting or leasing the Family Domicile (Apartment Unit) to family tenant occupants. Rental/Lease Proprietorship; this option is favored since it can provide the Multi-DEED owner with a secure and dependable monthy income cash flow for an unlimited duration of time. This option is especially beneficial and favored among Domicile Q-DEED and Commerce Q-DEED owners who retain The long term cash flow potential is unlimited with this option. **NOTE** For a nominal fee, our associate Real Estate Brokers can mediate all rental/Leasing monies with your tenants and make monthy deposits to your appropriate bank accounts if you choose this option. Indeed, the Real Estate Broker can manage all your assests if you so desire. Option 3)...Domicile Q-DEED Owners Can Sell Their DEEDS DEED Owners with fewer than four (4) DEEDS can also take advantage of this Option! As many of our DEED Owner/buyers are aware, from beginning to completion, (1) newly constructed ediface structure requires several months of labor time. For this reason many DEED owners prefer not to wait for the sale of a new building before receieving High Yeild Profit Returns for their DEEDS. Many DEED owners simply opt to sell their DEEDS on the open market at the price they themselves establish.
