Zhao Anning
aged 45 (Chairman) Zhao Anning became Chairman of the
Guilin City Strategies Project, LTD. in March 2008. Since 1 January 2006 he has been Chief Executive Officer of South China Land Development, LLC., having graduated from Southwest University (China) of Finance & Economics with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.

He is also an engineer with global experience in large development projects. Before joining SCLD in 2006, he was managing owner of a project and construction management company which he established in 2001.


Yang Yi
aged 35 (Chief Executive Officer)Yang Yi obtained a degree in Economy and Management of the Industry from the Economic University of Guangdong, China, in 1995 and following that a masters degree in Marketing in 1997.

Mr Yi established one of the first Real Estate Brokerage agencies on the local market in early 2003. He started his career as a real estate consultant, participated in most of the business operations, concluded many successful Real Estate transactions and gradually developed skills and expertise to become CEO in 2006. And today he manages a team of 730 staff and employees.

During the last few years several Strategies Project,LTD. Real Estate brokers , under the consultation of Mr. Yi, have expanded from middle size Real Estate Brokerages to the Real Estate marketing leaders of Southern China.

Those particular Real Estate Brokerages are responsible for advertising and sales of most of our completed Buildings. Thus, as a key Team Member, he is indirectly responsible for earning impressively High Yeild Returns for our Q-Deed buyer/owners.


 Huang Ming Zhu
aged 37 (Executive Director) Ms. Zhu obtained a degree in Banking from the Economic University of Guangdong (China) in 2000 and following that with a masters degree in Finance in 2001. She is highly proficient in various languages.

She joined our Guilin City Strategies Project, LTD. Team in 2006 and in January 2007 became Chief Financial Officer. At present Ms. Zhu's position is an Executive Director and Member of the Board of Strategies Projects, LTD.

Since the middle of 2007, Ms. Huang Zhu has been Executive Chairperson of two Strategies Project,LTD subsidiaries: Li Jian International Strategies Project, LTD and Invest Strategies Project, LTD. ...Both own by South China Land Development, LLC.

Li Jian International Strategies Project, LTD is the first commercial property advisory project on the local market in Guilin City, associated with Clarkman & Russ Perot & Greenburg, financial associates.

Daniel Neil
Aged 50 ( Q-DEED Executive Retail Transactions) Mr Neil obtained a degree in Business Management and Finance from National University of Ireland (NUI). In 1991, he received his Master's degree in Chinese Antropology and Language from Harvard University, USA.

Mr. Neil joined SCLD in 2006 and is currently our Public Relations Officer, managing a team handling all Q-DEED transactions. He is highly proficient with High Yield investments and returns.

Mr. Neil is also charged with recruiting and registering new business entrepreneurs world wide who possess the desire to start up their own successful Q-DEED business.
