We Don't Sell Company Stocks

Owning tangible property DEEDS offers our buyers specific benefits and security company Stock Certificates simply do not.

In 2007, our Nanning City Strategies Project, LTD netted a 123.4% Yield Return for all our Q-DEED owners. Certainly a higher Yeild Return than most Company Stock Options can possibly accrue for investors! Moreover, we anticipate a much Higher Yeild Return once our Guilin City Strategies Project, LTD is complete.

With each Project, South China Lan Development, LLC maintains flexibility to invest in other residential property development projects elsewhere in Southern China's Guangxi Province, with a particular focus in Nanning City and Bei Hai City (the Pearl Capital of China).

Future Contracts

In addition, we are currently negotiating with Provincial and Local Governments in the earthquake devastated, Sechuan Province, for the purpose of solidifying new and much needed construction projects within that Province.

With 75% total annihilation of the existing structures in Sechuan Privince, new development projects are desparately needed. We anticipate establishing new construction projects in that region soon. Our Q-DEEDS for the Sechuan Privince project will be available for purchase once the contract negotiations are completed.

With our many Project Contract negotiations now set in motion, our Q-DEED Owner/Buyers can look forward to many years of prosperity and Profit! Now it the time to buy Q-DEEDS!
